"HARVEST FESTIVAL"
2009
This holiday truly allows us to reflect on what we are thankful for and allows us to express those thoughts a feeling to those we love and need in our lives!
This was a truly unique experience as I typically serve 25 or more people on holidays!
This year it was a quaint 9 of us. It was a first for a printed menu on Sango Dishes, a sprig of rosemary tied with bronze ribbon.
here were the drinks...

I get giddy just thinking of all the hands and smiles that were involved in the dinner. Harlo's for breakfast, Top's Liqueur, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, AJ's Fine Foods and Grandma's herb garden to find all the special ingredients.
It seemed so easy as compared to the past. Even though I was engaged in the kitchen I was surrounded by ideas and aid in cooking.

My quest was to have the moistest turkey ever....
It wasn't the prettiest but it was the best turkey I have ever had!

This is so lovely and beautiful! LOVE how you did your menus with the napkins. You usually serve over 20 people? That is crazy! You rock at entertaining, lol. It looks like it was a peaceful time and your menu is delicious!
ReplyDeleteOk, you busy superwoman...I want to see more pics! ;) No pressure or anything, haha...
